Welcome!

Paradigm Holistic [aka Momma’s Little Side Gig…this is my actual gig] was born from my love of essential oils and natural ingredients to pamper myself and my friends. It’s not actually a paying gig, it’s growing, so your feedback is valued! Please scroll below for ingredients and oil information.

Unless noted, all recipes are for adult-use only.

Lavender + Frankincense
Hand Soap

My two favorite scents in the world, universal oils traditionally known to balance the body and work wherever they are needed. Other ingredients include a Shea Butter soap base, Jojoba Oil, and Vitamin E.

Please note: all natural ingredients do not produce the same “foaming” result of other soaps. This is normal!

Relaxing Lavender
Milk Bath

Kick back like Cleopatra and soak in this relaxing blend of lavender, magnesium & milk!

Bath soak contains lavender essential oil, Epsom salt, sea salt and milk powder. That’s it, Mother Nature at her best!

Christmas Spirit
Whipped Body Oil

Ohhhhhhh the decadence! Soothe dry, itchy winter skin while smelling the best scents of the season. Best on hands, cuticles, feet – areas that generally need pampering after a long day!

Whipped oil includes orange, cinnamon bark, and spruce essential oils, along with shea butter and coconut oil.

“Winter” Shower Steamers

My personal blend of oils for a quick pick-me-up in the shower on a crummy cold morning. Put the steamer out of the direct spray of the water [they dissolve quickly] and enjoy a gentle punch-in-the-congested sinuses.

Steamers use my special “Winter” blend of eucalyptus, rosemary, lemon, cinnamon, and clove!  More seasonal blends to follow. Tip: place a washcloth between the steamer and your drain to catch the oils that don’t jump straight into the air to attack your sinuses. This will help make the scent last.

Peppermint + Sugar Lip Scrub

One of my favorites. In fact, one of the first natural products I attempted to make! This popular blend includes brown sugar, coconut oil and peppermint essential oil. And, while it tastes divine, I don’t recommend eating it!  😀

To use, apply a small amount to lips and massage in a circular motion. Rinse off then follow with your favorite lip balm.
